Excellent service! So glad I decided to order from Skootz. Not only were all of my many questions competently answered before my purchase 2 months ago, but I also received prompt and quick service once a problem occurred last week. Good to be dealing with a team that is passionate about their business unlike many of the e-bike/e-scooter floggers elsewhere on the internet. Despite living far away from the Skootz shops, my order was delivered the next day and service was extremely efficient. Totally recommended.

Brilliant shop, excellent range of products and really friendly staff to talk you through options. Aftercare is brilliant if you can't find your way around the new machine. They take the time and effort to guide you through and they do it with good grace and humour.

Great place for buying a scooter and getting it fixed is very quick aswell ? Hopefully the new problem i face is an easy fix aswell as is only a week old. I went for the extra celent to keep the water out, i recommend it!!! Very friendly staff willing to listen to you concerns. See you soon ?

I had a few issues with Skootz when I first ordered a bike? However , it was a fault with Fedex? Mike sorted everything and gave me a upgrade on my original bike. Really nice guy and he sorted any issue I had.

My partner bought a scooter for me about 5 weeks ago (car in garage being repaired!) and the guys in the shop have been so helpful! I've had a couple of settling in issues and the shop has always been super at getting the problems fixed. Phoned late morning asking about my brakes and by 1pm I have scooter back and all fixed running fab. Mark the owner such a good guy and Robbie too. Highly recommend @Skootz ? ? ?
