On my quest to find the perfect hair salon in the Covid 19 era I decided to try "Yes We Do" because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I didn't make an appointment and showed up. When. You arrive you wait for the receptionist to come out and inquire about your visit. I arrived at about 1032. The receptionist will also take your temperature. I requested a walk in hair cut and she verified an opening at 1045. They only allow 2 people, one on each side of the lobby, to wait. That's approximately 8-10 feet apart. Excess people will be asked to wait in the car or schedule an appointment at a later time. At about 1043 I was taken in and was given a prompt to-the-point haircut. Still with the friendly conversations you'd expect. I did feel this approach is streamline and made for efficiency and safety. My hair was cut pretty nicely. I wasn't offered a rinse or any other services or products not sure what's available due to covid-19. My stylist informed me that they work within 15 minute scheduled blocks to efficiently attend customers. I witnessed 4 haircuts all performed within these time blocks. I like that. I was also advised to make an appointment because it's the preferred option due to covid-19. Lastly, they disinfect all their equipment between customers including chars and arm rests. They even change the covers. They wash them constantly and have clean ones available per customer. I recommend this place. I wish I'd look a little more tidy (burned out lights, dirty signage, blocked off chairs in lobby just upside down, signage indoors fallen off).

I’ve been a regular for over 20 years and recently I’ve been making my appts only to show up and them tell me I don’t have any appt. It’s happened 3 times and the last time I wasn’t even told until after I was sitting and waiting for 15 minutes. Then I was told to wait for over an hour and treated as a walk in. I will not be coming back because this is ridiculous.

I have been a regular for several years now, 5 I think, and have always received a good cut from everyone. The staff is always friendly and professional. I can tell the staff are happy and it translates to good service. I can't recall ever having an issue with scheduling or being made to wait for more than maybe 10 minutes max when it's real busy but that is a rare occurrence. The price? I have the membership and you can't beat it with a stick! Here's a lil' shout out to ownership: Expand and build a Yes We Do in Horizon - somewhere off of Eastlake 🙂

Awesome place. Sophia always takes care of my family’s cuts, and she does a great job. I don’t believe in going to a barber and pay 70 bucks plus tip just to sit in a fancy chair, watch tv, and hear them talk to each other about their problems while they hand you a mini water bottle pretending it’s fancy. Here you pay your 15 bucks plus tip and get a great hair cut. I pay about 60 bucks with tip total for my family of 3.

It embarrassing how people after being seated get kicked off the seat because of schedule conflict. It happened to me a few weeks ago and it just happened to a young lady as I was sitting here.
