I came in recently for a post op Brazilian lymphatic massage from Mari. I was 2 weeks post op (breast reduction, lift and lipo) and not sure what to expect or what I needed but I had heard it was helpful so I took a chance.

Mari was PHENOMENAL and not just at her skills as a massage therapist. She gave me so much insight as to what to expect with my healing journey that I was confused about (ever has so many different opinions on what to do etc). I left not only feeling physically relaxed and supported but emotionally as well. She was knowledgeable, supportive and personable. She answered so many questions I had and explained why the answers were as such.

Natalia was amazing. I’ve had many spray tans in my life but this was my first time at UMA and she was great. Personable, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and took her time with my spray tan. The results are Beautiful and I will 100% go back for my next 😉 also the facility is CLEAN and adorable.

What a cool experience-60 min Lymphatic Massage with Weslei Lage! He was very informative and walked me through our whole body’s lymphatic system and how it works. Loved the before & after pictures, could see the difference right after. Felt lighter & better blood flow immediately. Weslei was very informative, professional & knowledgeable. Would definitely come back!

AMAZING experience. Don’t think twice- book your appointment with casa uma. Ursula is incredibly talented, she completely exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with my eyebrows&lips. She is a consummate professional, she was very patient and thorough explaining the process and I always felt she took her time to make sure my brows looked impeccable. GOOD service is very hard to find now days - for this reason I am so impressed of the high level of service here. They also offer other services so check them out 🙂

I got to experience my first Brazilian lymphatic massage at Uma Casa a couple months ago to treat myself before my bday weekend. I am not new to massages as I deal with fibro symptoms that pop up and have been doing regular massages for over 5 years. I have done a few lymphatic massages elsewhere and am aware of the light feeling one feels afterwards. Casa umas massage was the longest lasting light feeling i have ever experienced. I felt amazingg for a few weeks after! Best massage ever! Thank you Krystal for sharing your knowledge and efforts! You are so appreciated. I recently contracted COVID and woke up the morning of my appointment feeling extremely ill and bedridden. I emailed the business 30 minutes before the scheduled time to inform them of my situation, but they showed no compassion and still charged me the full amount. It’s disheartening to see that they prioritize profit over understanding their clients' genuine health struggles. Not what I would expect from a business that values its customers. Think twice before booking. They show zero empathy for their clients.

Update: As you can see, they’ve made it clear that they enforce a very strict, no-exceptions policy for their clients. Missing an appointment—even due to serious illness—results in a full charge. A company that operates with such a greedy, profit-driven, empathy-lacking approach won't last long. Why would I risk paying double for a service I couldn’t attend due to illness that left me in the emergency room, especially since they've already taken my money and seem indifferent to the circumstances? I never feel inclined to leave negative reviews but this place absolutely deserves less than 1 star with how they provide customer service.
