As a special needs mom, we have to continuously order many supplies monthly. It can be such a hassle with all of the other craziness going on in our lives.

We have been getting incontinence supplies from Ease E Medical for 4 years. They always answer the phone promptly and I get to speak to a human right away. These humans are kind, knowledgeable about insurance, and actually know what products they carry. I put in an order for the month and I’m done in less than 5 minutes. My order typically arrives in a few days. I wish ordering my daughters other medical supplies was this easy. Thank you for not wasting my time and making my life easier.

Well, first of all, they acted like they didn't even want to deal with us. Then when they rejected without calling the insurance come out and sent us elsewhere. That company has to tell clients that there's a process before they can do anything. Then, I'm told we claimed workman's comp which was a complete lie! I do not recommend this company.
