Do not waste your time and money here. This office is not run by responsible professionals. I have had several issues.

1. They told me that they ordered my prescriptions but did not. Fortunately, I called the pharmacy to double check and was able to get my medicine on time. If I did not call I would have missed my cycle after taking my other medication for the month.

2. I gave them another chance and decided to go thru another cycle with them. Same thing happened, they did not send my prescription so I had to call the pharmacy and arrange everything on my own.

3. After dealing with 2 mistakes I decided that it would be best to go to a new doctor, so I requested my medical records electronically. I did not receive anything so I had to go into their office. The offices in Highland park and lake forest kept sending me back and forth to retrieve my medical records. Saying the other location had my ultrasounds. Under HIPPA I have a legal right to receive all my medical records and they are responsible for maintaining my records.

4. The staff takes no initiative towards competently fulfilling their job responsibilities. They are never responsible. When I ask them for help They answer back "who said that? Which nurse? I didn't. Someone else" They don't take their jobs seriously or respect patients.

5. You spend very little of your time here with a doctor. It is mostly meeting with nurses and administrative people. They had an associate nurse do my IUI. I believe another nurse said it was her first time. You will probably see a doctor once for a consultation. After that you will not be be contacted at all for how the treatment went or what else we can do for future treatment.

6) They have an office in downtown Chicago that you have to go to occasionally for ultrasounds. When I selected this location it was because it was close to where I live. I was not told about having to travel downtown until after we had already started treatment.

Please save yourself and go somewhere else.
