The waiting line for pick-up was quite long at the end of the day, but the team was able to manage it quite efficiently. Christie was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She is the main reason my experience with CVS was rated very high today.

I scheduled an appointment for a flu shot online. I show up at the time given. I talk to the pharmacist. He asks me if I’m Betsy. I say no, but my appointment is right now. He tells me - in a rude tone - that there could be 4 people scheduled for the same time. He says I have to get into a line of about 7 people.

I’ve gotten a lot of flu shots in my life. I’ve never had this experience haha. Why would I book an appointment, if it’s absolutely meaningless (i.e. I still have to wait in line).

Terrible experience at this CVS location. I waited over 30 minutes just to pick up a simple prescription, despite the pharmacy not being busy. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. No apologies or efforts to make the situation better. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere—completely unacceptable service.

I used to really like this CVS, but service has been going downhill for several years. Wait times have gotten exceptionally long, and staff seems burned out and sad. This is the 30-minute line for picking up prescriptions at 7:00 on a Wednesday night. Worse still, when I finally reached the front, they told me they hadn’t yet checked on my prescription and wouldn’t have time to prepare it. I overheard them telling the person next to me they didn’t have their prescription available either.

What’s the point of taking vaccine appointment when the pharmacist forces you to stand in line, horrible and rude pharmacist. CVS should have cancelled the appointment requesting reschedule. Instructions asked to check in online and wait at vaccination area but he kept on insisting to stand in check in line.

They lost our prescription, and when I called, the male pharmacist blamed us. We literally dropped off the prescription, they took it and entered it into the system, and we never got a call back. When I did call, he said it was expired, blamed us for not following up with them a second time, and he hung up. Completely unhelpful.

Also, every time we go, there’s a long line at least 8 people deep. It’s usually the poor pharm tech lady helping everyone.

An absolute nightmare to connect over the phone. Need a simple update on a prescription, I need but cannot connect with them. Have to keep going there personally and enquiring. Long lines, understaffed. Would never go here if I did not have to as they closed the other location.
