I had a very pleasant experience renting an ebike from Samcycle. The staff person was friendly and helpful. The bike was in excellent condition and rode well. A friend and I rode through Deer Grove park, just 5 minutes away, on a beautiful autumn day. I will be coming here again.

Sam cycle is the best around for purchasing or renting E bikes. The full day rentals include a charger , & the rental prices are the best around. The staff at Sam cycle are very friendly & very knowledgeable maintaining & fixing E bikes & E scooters. Sam cycle has a wide variety of E bikes , E scooters & accessories. I have rented from this store & have purchased an E bike here as well. I highly recommend Sam cycle to friends & family.

Segway Ninebot Service! I came in with a rather complex issue- needed 2 new tires. Cannot say enough about how impressive their customer service is! Even when they found a wiring issue, they were professional and sent pictures and talked through the issue.
It’s so refreshing to see a local business that provides world class service like Samcycle.
I’m looking forward to going back for bike tune-ups and perhaps rent an e-bike for a couple of hours to ride at the Forest Preserve nearby! Thank you for your help and excellent service!

Visited to rent an e-bike for a couple hours. Matt, one of the owners, was super friendly and patient. He gave great directions, guided us to the trails, and gave us a map.

The trails nearby are gorgeous. Lush trees beautiful wildflowers and prairie grass. What a gem.

Price was very reasonable - best around.

We will be back.

I took my nephew here to purchase a new bike. He had one from Amazon that was nothing but trouble and is not serviceable at local shops. Samcycle had a great selection and Matt took his time to explain the features of each bike. After testing riding 4 bikes, my nephew decided which one he liked best. We never felt rushed or pressured. I’m so glad that my nephew has a reliable bike from a local business where he will be able to have it serviced when needed. Thanks Matt for the incredible customer service and helping Ben find the best bike to fit his needs!

Got gifted an electric bike from here and I stopped in to get a lock for it. I'm a brand new bike owner and I not only was recommended a great lock, but the team walked me through how to use it and had me practice a few times to ensure I felt comfortable. My parents also bought their bikes from this shop and my mom mentioned they did the same thing for her when she bought a bike rack for their car. Just genuinely nice people with great customer service.
