Fantastic experience. Matt was super helpful with getting the right food for my pups, who have tons of allergies. He also carried my heavy bag of food to my car, in some pretty questionable weather. I'm so happy we found this store, even though it's almost an hour away. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Odin and I stopped in on our way home from the Lake Forest dog park and we had a wonderful experience! He got so much love from the lady who helped us (I am so sorry I don't remember her name). She gave him free treats and I was able to let him pick out a few things to bring home! She was also very knowledgeable about the dog food and was able to give me suggestions! We will be back 100%. I have been a loyal customer to Chewy because they have had such great customer service, but I received amazing customer service from a local company and that is good enough for me!

I LIKE THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF THE FRIENDLY STAFF AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SERVICE I RECEIVE.
THIS IS ASIDE FROM THE LARGE SELECTION OF HEALTHY FOODS I BUY FOR MY DOGGY.
ZOEY IS A PICKY EATER, BUT I FOUND THE FOOD AND BONES SHE LOVES HERE. ZOEY LIKES THE BFF CHICKEN AND LIVER: ALSO THE BEEF WITH SWEET POTATO.

Went in yesterday with a bit of an emergency, had a stopped up male cat with FIC which apparently could be lethal. Folks were super helpful, recommended a bunch of stuff I got and my cat is good to go and super happy. The cat food and products are very reasonably priced and they carry products I typically have to order online (churru). 10/10 would recommend this place, 5 stars all day.

Hollywood Feed Lake Forest IL is hands down The Best source for your beloved pets’ needs and the service is above excellent!!! Everyone is beyond helpful, knowledge, warm and friendly. This store and the employees are incredible!

My visit with Clementine to PetPeople/Hollywood Feed was as they always are--amazing! Jesus and Jaunita could not be kinder and more welcoming to me and Clemmie. Treats, love, sitting on the floor with her, a take home toothbrush, great product suggestions--all the things that make it Clementine's favorite store. Every time I tell Clemmie we're going to "The Dog Store" she nearly pulls my shoulder out of my socket, she gets so excited. Jesus had a great suggestion regarding a kong treat that I had already been giving to her, how to make it better. Support this store however you can! Great people who love our four-legged friends like we do.

Jesus & his team at the Lake Forest location are so great! Matt, Leslie, Jolene, Lance & Brianna all recognize him as soon as we walk in and Rizzo does a little happy hop and takes a lap around the shelves! Everyone is kind & sweet with my extremely shy dog and he feels very safe & comfortable there.
