Exceptionally good service by Yasmin.

The dining experience at Novotel’s Asian restaurant was exceptional. The food quality was outstanding, with each dish offering a perfect blend of authentic flavors and presentation. Yasmin was particularly helpful, providing expert guidance in curating a diverse and delightful dinner menu that catered perfectly to our tastes.

From the appetizers to the desserts, every course was thoughtfully prepared and served with care, enhancing the overall experience. The warm and attentive service, combined with the restaurant's inviting ambiance, made for a memorable evening.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Novotel team for delivering such exceptional service!

Wonderful stay at Novotel. The team is so good and well trained. All the needs were taken care of peacefully and happily. Can’t name a specific person as the credit goes to entire team. Rooms are spacious and neat. Food is excellent. Breakfast too has good choices. Keep it up and continue the same and even better service. Thank you for all the help and assistance.

During my 15-day stay, I had a generally pleasant experience. The morning buffet was delightful, featuring a variety of options that catered to different preferences and made for an enjoyable start to the day. The staff, in general, were very courteous and made an effort to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment.

However, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. The room service, particularly in-room dining, often took at least 30 to 45 minutes with to fulfill requests, which could be more efficient. Additionally, some of the room lights were not functioning, which slightly impacted the overall comfort and ambiance.

Suresh, the valet driver, was exceptionally professional and ensured the vehicle was handled with great care. His courteous demeanor and attention to detail were truly commendable and added a positive touch to the overall experience.

With these minor enhancements, the guest experience could be elevated to an outstanding level.

Everything in this property is amazing.
They have all the amenities that one could expect of and the staff will win your heart. From the security to the room service boys and janitors all are very humble, kind and well behaved.

They could work on the dated washrooms though but its not a thing that would keep me away from this property.

Best thing I loved while my stay was the lovely breakfast buffets.
