I purchased an alternator on 11/27/24 for $128.00. On the day of purchasing, I asked the guy who assisted me what is the return policy and was told I had a week to refund the item. That same week, Friday 11/29/24, I returned as the piece did not fit my car. I was attended by Aileen ("Manager") . She advised I cannot get a refund, even though I was told the opposite on the day of purchasing. She advised the office only gives store credit, which I accepted because I need some items for my other car.

On 12/05/24, My husband went back to the office to use the store credit I was promised. but Aileen advised the store credit is only for Engine and Transmissions. I was never told the store credit was only for Engine and Transmission parts. Aileen's response to this was "it is self explanatory." The store credit being solely for Engines and transmissions, is not self explanatory, as I do not work for this office, nor would assume a "Used Parts" office would only be for engines and transmissions. Aileen was very rude and unprofessional, and that did not sit well with me. I do not recommend going here. They say one thing one day and another thing another day. Do not go here if you do not want to get scammed. They help you & show face just to take your money.

And if you do plan on still going here, make sure you get everything in writing, because they lie.

They’re a highly trusted business, i re-built my car almost entirely out of their parts catalog and everything is 10/10. Not to mention their amazingly efficient work ethic and great deals, they definitely know how to keep customers happy and returning?

I went to this garbage store. I bought a transmission from them and they gave it to me. The mechanical one went and he told me this is not the same type I wanted. I went and returned to them and they told me that they were wrong. They gave me the correct type. Very bad. This is not worth giving him 0 revo. If there is less, I will give it to them. Do not buy anything from them. They are scammers.

Servicio horrible nos vendieron un motor que estaba dañado desde el principio y no los cambiaron por uno que supuestamente y lo duro ni dos semanas , hablamos con el dueño JORGE nos dijo que estaba de viaje y que nos ayudaría al regresar , llevamos 3 semanas esperando y llamando casi todos los días y nadie sabe darnos respuesta, la encargada de garantía que tiene AMANDA bastante mal educada y no tiene una respuesta clara, para nada tiene modales de servicio al cliente , aún con la esperanza que el dueño o encargado se digne a contestarnos y resolvernos mientras tanto casi 800 dólares del motor perdidos 1500 de labor de mecánico y más lo que tuvimos que pagar para sacar el primero motor. HORRIBLE E INDIGNANTE
