Awesome customer service Made my trip to dive Blue Heron Bridge a success!

My dive buddy and I did our SSI open water certification with John and enjoyed every minute of the course. We opted for the small group size of three, which I think is the perfect setup and worth the extra $. Within three days (pool, bridge, then open water) we got ready and had very enjoyable check-out dives including some sharks swimming past us! John was a tremendous teacher, calm, great in explaining all procedures and equipment and he made everybody feel at ease at any time. I can only recommend John to anybody and actually contacted him multiple of my co-workers did their open water courses with John and were full of praise. I felt very safe throughout and will come back for more advanced courses with John in the future!

We rented gear and hired a guide to dive the Bridge and it was a great experience! We are fairly new divers and this was our first ocean dive so we were a little nervous. Our guide, Annie, was very sweet and attentive. She got is outfitted in gear, helped is set up, and even loaned us sun screen when we realized we forgot ours. Overall, we had a great experience with the shop renting gear and it was worth every penny to have Annie with us for the dive, she knows where the best spots are and made sure we were safe. I can not say enough great things about Force-E and the Blue Heron Bridge dive, absolutely worth it and we're already looking forward to going back in few months.

Thank you Steven for making things right after one person made for a difficult situation. Our group will be back in September. Our dive group have been to all the Force-E locations and the staff is always super friendly. It helps when they are divers as well.

I got referred to do my SSI open water certification here and I had a blast. Not only was the instructor Nathan Campbell really knowledgeable and personable, he helped make learning diving fun! He took us to some amazing spots that blew my mind as a first-time diver. I would absolutely recommend this place!

One star at first because this reviewed only one Instructor. Left us without service promised due to poor planning. Expected a boat schedule to return him to shore for our beach drive. When it was apparent he would miss the appointment, made no provision for another instructor to cover. Planned a beach dive for our event at a park known to close later in the day, then failed to assure early arrival of self and gear before closure. Pushed his arrival time back twice, holding us in place too late to acquire alternate opportunities for our event. N.C. is either inexperiened or incompetant or both where business management and time management are concerned. After planning over seven weeks in advance and traveling three hours to the site we were sorely disappointed. Updated: Owner followed up within hours. Some serious discussion and corrective action taken immediately. Further actions in work. Exceptional response. Will work with on future dives. Four stars appropriate for the business in this case/event.
