Very thankful they got me in some day when after an accident I had with my toddler. They were pretty quick first visit, second visit took little over an hour and I was there right at 8am and don’t think anyone was in front of me. Third visit the wait was ridiculous. Almost THREE hours waiting. Having to rely on a ride to get here due to other medical reasons and having to bring my toddler is asking my ride a lot as is but having them watch my toddler three hours is just ridiculous. Every person I talked to here said it takes usually 3-4 hours.

Been coming here for at least 7 years with my father. After all it is his Dr. Not mine. Most of the staff is easy to get along g with, but his office manger is a joke. They have no concept of time for their patients. It does not matter you scheduled a year in advance, what time you come in compared to when you Will be seen. Ie: 9am appt arrive at 8:30 ,they pull you in at 9:30 just to I send you back to one of their two waiting areas. I have never been able to leave her on less then 3 hours. It does not matter if you have other appointments what matters is they will see you when they choose . Not when they say they will. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor Do Not Come Here!!

I came here once in January of 2023 and staff was wonderful and Dr was amazing, but recently I have lost my insurance and I only found out because I can check at my job since I work on the medical field. I called Dr Lyle’s office and spoke with the staff to see the cost for a contact lens exam and they informed me that it would be $150. I thought that was okay and I scheduled the appointment. Once I get to the office, i’m informed that the payment would be over $330 for the exam. I was upset because I wasn’t informed prior, but I just let it be.

On Tuesday, I called Dr Lyle’s office and spoke with staff because I wanted to know what the numbers were on my old prescription. Staff informed me that it’s expired and I have to come in for an.appointment. She would not let me know the numbers. I asked the prize for the exam and she informed me $35, so I scheduled. Today, I was already in the parking lot for my appointment and I get a call from staff saying that it would cost $150 because I would need a full exam because I wasn’t seen since January 2023 and she though her system said 2024.

It upsets me because I had to waste my family members time to come with me incase I had my eyes dilated, I had to waste miles of gas since it’s far from my house, and it happened twice. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I have to this time around because this needs to change.

I always make sure to call patients at least 1 day prior their appointment if something happened and they cannot be seen.

The office manager/ Supervisor and her staff are absolutely horrible with customer service. Unprofessional and will leave unsettling voice messages on your phone when you aren’t able to answer, even when you try calling them back. I won’t be back, neither will my family. I’m appalled they they are so comfortable treating people this way when they work with the public. I called and asked for the manager and they said she doesn’t get in til after 10 which was the same lady “Carol” who left the hateful message to begin with. I would definitely look for a different job because it’s obvious she’s miserable or tired of working with the public.

It was an excellent experience. We did not have to wait long to be seen and it was the most comprehensive eye exam I’ve ever had. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional and very helpful explaining the process.

We received direct attention and Dr Freedman ensured all of my questions and concerns were addressed.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Don’t let the old reviews fool you,
This is definitely a practice that can take care of all your eye health and prescription needs.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Freedman. I was told ahead of time that i would be there for a while since we we doing lots of testing on my eyes. The entire staff was friendly, and they were very understanding of my baby who had to accompany me. Despite a few meltdowns from my baby, the staff stayed curteous and one nurse even helped when i couldn't hold him for a minute. I'll admit that the wait was less than desirable, but i can't name 1 doctor I've ever seen that didn't have a wait. The waiting room is on the smaller side, but people were getting called back relatively quick, so it didn't get overcrowded. Overall, the appointment was great. I'm happy to go back for my next appointment.

It is true that they take their time. I always thought that was because he has the same quality service with all his patients as with us. He does a very concious exam and he takes his time looking for any abnormalities. I really like the way he treats my teen daughter and how he comunicates about her condition and the type of exams he is using.We went to many doctors before.My kid needed more than just glassed and the doctor had the experience to tell. Very nice and professional Dr. Freedman.

Absolutely horrible place to take someone. They’re rude and racists. The minute they walked in was given a look up and down. They rescheduled my grandmother’s appointment, because she didn’t speak English even though I ( a native English speaker) was on the phone. They said I had to be present in order to translate (which I’ve never heard of because I always translate over the phone). This was never communicated at all to us that a translator had to be present. They did say that they had someone who spoke Spanish but she wasn’t able to go because she was “running back and forth”. Would never go here again. I hope the Dr reads this because his staff is not friendly at all.
