overall the quality is decent. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and the hygiene is at a good level. The staff are courteous and helpful.

The quality of the food is, however, sub-par. The buffet lacks quality and for the price I would expect it to be better.

Be wary of the slogans 'all inclusive' and read the fine print. The markup for the dinner is steep considering that the food is not high quality.

I would recommend the place to someone coming from a country where the food is GMO and lacks taste.

The kids' area is all slot machine style so everything is marked up

Доброго всем времени суток. Я с семьей арендовал в этом отеле 3 номера с 27 декабря 2024 по 12 января 2025. Мне и моей семье очень понравилось пребывание в этом отеле. Все было толи хорошо толи отлично. На парковке всегда были места, у меня Ауди Q7 , всегда было место чтобы припарковать машину. Рядом с ресепшеном есть мини игровой центер, кинотеатр , бар - было как занять и детей и взрослых. Бассейн с сауной - в зоне парных всегда было место , в бассейн лучше ходить после завтрака - тогда там просторно. В гостинице есть няня доя детей . Еда хорошая, у нас были завтраки и ужины. Номера хорошие. Очень хороший сервис.

We stayed in Grand Royale Apartments&Spa from 07.01 till 14.01. We had breakfast included. Dinner, we were ordering from the hotel restaurant to be delivered to the room. Everything was great, awesome breakfast and food in general, amazing spa center and big pool. Spacious and bright apartments. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It is 1 km from the lift station, but they provide transfer from and to the hotel every day, for free. Spacious and warm room for ski and boots storage. We had wonderful tome staying at Grand Royale Apartments &Spa. It has everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation. Highly recommend it!

Бяхме гости на хотела със съпруга ми, дъщеря ми и двете ни внучета. Доволни сме от престоя ни - от чистотата, любезния персонал и особено от огромния двуспален апартамент, в който бяхме настанени. СПА-зоната е отлична, с просторни и чудесно работещи помещения. Басейнът също е отличен, с добре присъединен детски басейн.
Денят на напускането ни съвпадна с рождения ми ден и благодаря за безплатното удължаване на напускането ни до 13 ч.
С удоволствие ще се върнем при вас през топлия сезон – видях, че пространството около хотела е голямо и с доста съоръжения. Предполагам би било полезно за хора, които не са били при вас, ако публикувате снимки, в които да се добие представа за него, аз поне не видях такива в сайта ви.

Third or fourth time here. 🙂 We like it very much. The staff is very kind and the cleaning is done with great care. The rooms are spacious. I always had a view to the back, where you can hear a river and see the mountain. Breakfast our congratulations, great diversity, you can find anything you want. Super good and fresh fruits and vegetables. The heated pool was very good :). 2 dry saunas and one wet sauna are renovated. Very good jacuzzi. I can only recommend that they also invest in the sauna showers, and maybe renovate the bathrooms in some rooms, as a minor observation, because I have nothing else to comment on, everything was wonderful. Our thanks to the staff for their efforts

The hotel (as of the main building) and it's facilities are both very good. We were 2 couples, and booked for two nights the "two bedroom apartment".
We arrived in the evening and the receptionist was very nice and polite, he explained everything we needed to know about our room, where the pool area is, the ski center and everything

I really liked that they cooperate with a ski rental place "Pirin 2000" (which has amazing staff by the way) and you get 10% off if you rent from them with a voucher from the hotel. There is also a room close to the reception that you can leave your skis in if you need to. There is also a free bus (for hotel customers) available from the hotel that goes exactly to the lift and ski rent area.

The pool was very nice and spacious, the jacuzzi had a limit of 4 people at a time which was perfect for us because we were four and it wouldn't be nice and comfortable if more people got in. There is a gym and a sauna, also an aroma sauna, (both of them were extremely hot so i didn't last long inside?). All of the above closes at 20:00 o clock.
There was a life guard by the pool, you could order cocktails with an additional charge but the price was quite cheap, compared to other places with cocktails.

The apartment/room was very big, i liked that we had two toilets, a big living room, big bedrooms and everything was very clean.

The heating wasn't very good. Because there was so much space there wasn't enough heating and for about 1-2 hours we were not very warm. There is an aircondition at the very back of the living room (which isn't enough for the whole space) and both of the bedrooms had something like a small radiator that was hot when you touched it but 5cm from it you couldn't feel any warmth. We only got very warm when we were under the duvets

The rooms in general were quite old fashioned and (personally) i wouldn't rate them as 4 star. Also there were some people on the upper floor doing dirty stuff and walking around and we could hear everything. The stand were the hairdryer in the bathroom is was about to fall off and a bit dangerous to get an electric shock.

Breakfast was very good, quite a variety of options, i really liked that they had baby soft food, which i haven't seen anywhere until now.

For that price for four people (when you share the total) it's worth it. But if you are a couple or a solo traveler and the price is quite expensive don't expect it to be anything incredible

The hotel is great, the staff is friendly, the apartment is clean, bright and spacious. The SPA center is excellent, the swimming pool is warm, the sauna and steam bath are perfect. Our stay coincided with my birthday and I was surprised with complimentary wine which made me really happy. I highly recommend this hotel because it has everything that can make your stay pleasant: great customer service, warm and clean SPA center and rich breakfast. There is also a free parking lot right next to the hotel.
