A very pleasant surprise. After a beautiful spa a drink with nice music in the background creating a very warm atmosphere. A nice fresh mix cheese apetizer with mozzarella and ricotta followed by 2 pasta dishes, ravioli and fettuccine. For our main course a steak and sausages made locally. Some simple southern italian dishes made perfectly. I will definitly be back soon

First the good parts were they permit small dogs; the sulfur pools are cool, refreshing, natural and not too robust but healing; most of the staff is friendly and helpful; it has an elevator and AC; full board is offered; parking is free. The average parts were no one except us cleaned up their dog excrement; bug spray was needed near the sulfur pools; the pool man was rude to us because we cleaned up our dog’s excrement (He wanted us to leave it so he could hose it down but run off water gets contaminated water into everywhere. That is so gross. We continued to clean up because it is necessary.) The AC worked fine but made a running noise most of the time and that makes sleeping difficult. While there is full board, you get what you pay for here. You do not pay much so don’t expect much and do expect to look at meals as starters to going out to eat. One night dessert was crabapples which are poisonous if you eat the core seeds. The trees are on the property so I guess free is me was the thought. We recommend Caffe Démodé which is 7 min away and had great food. As for parking there are about 7 close spots which we got 1 of and the rest are quite a hike but there are many available. Now for the poor parts, our bathroom had a toilet seat without screws so it fell off always; the lid on the wastebasket also fell off; the shower was a hose through the wall with no shower head; and breakfast was anemic. FYI stuff- this is a B&B but you pay for breakfast. You also pay for the pools. None of these prices are disclosed upon booking. There are not any vegan foods so only one of us ate their anemic breakfast of minimal sweets, slimy ham, and a melting cheese. Coffee of any type is always out of a dispensing vending machine. The AC in the lobby is not turned on unless complaints are made. Not really an issue, but the elevator at one end is shut off when the spa closes so you have to use the far end. Our view was a highway. Maybe there are better rooms, but we did not have one. A spring in the mattress literally made a loud popping sound before poking his side. I honestly thought the pillow was folded towels in a pillowcase. In closing, I recommend the pools day pass.

The hotel was clean and we were made to feel very welcome. But the smell of sewage hit us as we got out of the car and was even worse in the hotel corridors. There was no menu but that wasn't a problem for us as we were keen to experience local food. The pasta, omelette and melon were plain but good. Many of the other guests were in dressing gowns for breakfast! A good stop over if the smell was sorted.

Pictoresque surrounding, refreshing healing sulphuric water, good food, cool kids pool with a slide. Quite a nice summer bath, a bit overpriced for its quality maybe. Dont expect any wellness experience the advertisment suggests and be ready to wear a swim cap in pools or buy it at the place.

I wouldn't even care about the smell because the place was nice and we needed to relax but the service was also poor, it seemed they didn't bother about guests I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will never go back .
