I have been getting waxed and now I do sugaring (which is awesome and better in my opinion) by Janelle for almost a year. She is amazing, friendly, and thorough. Cielo always is accommodating and they really try to reschedule to your liking to the best of their ability. I have never had a problem. Overall, I have been going to cielo for 2 years total.
