I got a haircut and Olga did such a wonderful job! I wanted long layers U-cut/shape and she did it just like that. I didn’t expect her to put some sort of hair cream (smells great) and styling it (small curves on the bottom). I love it! She’s such a peach and I will definitely come back and only ask for her services.
I had a V-cut before and when my hair grew, it looked too thin and not full at the bottom. So I decided to go with a U-cut shape and when it grows hopefully my bottoms still look full.

Update: 9 months later after the hair cut
My hair grew and the bottom looks full as ever. I’m happy that I went with a U-shaped hair cut. The growth of my hair is amazing.

I love Olga. She's really sweet and fantastic at what she does. I went in to get a haircut and Olga was unavailable but told me somebody else was available so I accepted and when Olga tells her that if she can cut my hair the lady made the most unpleasant look that should have been my cue to leave but I didn't want to be rude. So I show her a picture of what I want (long bob) and she agrees and cuts my hair. As she's cutting my hair I ask her if shes cutting my hair like i asked her because its not really looking like a long bob at all and she tells me yes that she know what she is doing. She "finished" cutting my hair.She tells me cash only so I pay her and give her a tip for cutting my hair even though I could tell she didn't want to and leave. When I get home I look at it and try to style it and notice it is the worst hair cut of my entire life. It is nothing like I wanted it and it's VERY uneven from the back. I'm not sure if this was done on purpose but I will NEVER go back. I had to go to another salon and get it fixed.

I Went in to get my hair coloring done and was told “you don’t know nothing about coloring, so if I am going to color your hair, it’s going to cost a lot of money, do you have to money to do all this?” I never asked about the price, I asked if the color can be done to my hair. The hair dresser seemed to not have time for me, so she told me it’s going to cause her a lot of time and a lot of money. So for me to really think of this is what I want to do to my hair. If I didnt have the time or money I would of not walked into your shop in the first place. You discriminated against me thinking that I could not afford the price and your time was not worth it. I’m so disappointed. You call yourself a professional? I don’t think so, not sure how you got your license.

This is one of my favorite places to be... they always make me feel welcomed and the work that they do is very good... I’ve been to many different places and this salon is the only place that really does care about your hair and the health of it ....my hair hasn’t been this healthy in years thanks to the ladies at this salon for loving your job as much as I love my hair and being available to and for me ...it really is a work of art and they do express their talents in the work that they do thank you once again for making me feel and look BEAUTIFUL

Le pregunté a Olga si ella hace alisado permanente y me dijo que no y me recomendó a alguien que se llama Julieta para el alisado y Julieta me hizo un trabajo horrible el primer día se miraba bien el segundo día mi cabello estaba quebradizo la contacté y en lugar de pedir una disculpa o regresar el dinero me dijo que era mi culpa que quizás yo me había lavado el cabello cosa que yo no hice.
A los 3 días me lave el cabello y al mojarlo todo mi cabello se hizo una bola enredada y para nada que está alisado todo lo contrario está enredado quebradizo está muy dañado Gracias a Dios ella misma me tomó fotos de mi celular a mi cabello antes del alisado y esas fotos demuestran lo horrible de su trabajo,
Desde ese día mi cabello se me está cayendo muchísimo ?
Yo antes e tenido alisado de cabello permanente en San José y me hacían un excelente trabajo pero me vine a vivir para acá y por eso fui con Olga yo confié en ella por ser la dueña del lugar ya puse una demanda sobre estas personas porque mi cabello esta horrible ?
Me tome el tiempo de hacer esto porque mi abogado dice que no me afecta que le avise a la comunidad para que no pasen por lo mismo.
